We will explore all the elements and components of identifying and targeting your customer (segments) to help you come up with a framework that works best for your business. The session will also drill down into your chosen market (for your business), to enable you map out the various segments, identifying your ideal customer(s) within those segments in order to come up with a process that can be easily replicated for ease and consistency.
You will also learn about some of the key elements to overcoming barriers to market entry by designing and implementing an effective customer success strategy – from Awareness to Purchase.
